Note how the Vendor has cleaned this land up including recent bush piling on the NE 22. This is some of the better land in this area and priced at $200,000 a quarter it is much cheaper than 20 minutes to the South East where good grain land is selling for 1900 to 2100 per Cultivated Acre.
